The founder
## The agency is named *after my two kids.*
After more than a decade working in marketing and agency environments, I started J & Mae in 2025 because I wanted to work differently: fewer layers, closer client relationships, and more attention to the strategy behind the work.
J & Mae is named after my two kids, Jackson and Mallory Mae. It made the business personal from the very beginning, which feels fitting for an agency built around close, long-term client relationships.
Clients work directly with me, while I bring in trusted specialists when a project calls for additional expertise. That gives you the capabilities of a larger team without losing the personal attention of a small agency.
