About

Marketing is better when your agency actually knows your business.

J & Mae Marketing is a boutique marketing agency based in Nashua, New Hampshire, working with small businesses across New Hampshire and nationwide.

We bring strategy, brand, content, paid media, and reporting together, with an approach built around close client relationships. The goal is to understand your business well enough to know what makes sense for you, what doesn't, and where your marketing can work harder.

Marie Repucci Founder & CEO

Meet J & Mae.

The name
J Jackson
&
Mae Mallory Mae

J & Mae is named after my two kids, Jackson and Mallory Mae. I founded the agency in 2025 while raising two toddlers, so in a lot of ways, the business and this chapter of our family grew up together.

Their names made the business personal from the very beginning, which feels fitting for an agency built around close, long-term client relationships.

The mark

Why a lighthouse?

A lighthouse doesn't chase ships. It gives them something to navigate toward.

We believe good marketing should work the same way. Rather than constantly pushing your business in front of people, we help you create a brand and marketing presence that makes it easier for the right audience to discover you, understand what you offer, and choose to come closer.

The channels may change. Search changes. Social changes. Technology changes. But the goal remains the same: make your business visible to the people already looking for what you do.

Stop chasing. Start shining.

Our story

How J & Mae got here.

Before J & Mae

More than a decade in marketing

Before starting J & Mae, I spent more than ten years working across marketing and advertising agencies and in-house roles. I loved the work, but I also saw how easily small businesses could get lost within the traditional agency model.

I knew there was room for something more personal.

2025

J & Mae begins

I started J & Mae Marketing in 2025 with a simple idea: build the kind of agency relationship I would want as a client.

Small enough to stay close to the work. Experienced enough to see the bigger picture. Flexible enough to bring in the right expertise when it's needed.

The first year

An unexpected chapter

Not long after starting J & Mae, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The first year of building the agency unfolded alongside treatment, surgeries, raising my family, and everything else that came with that diagnosis. It certainly wasn't part of the business plan, but it gave me an even clearer perspective on the kind of business I wanted to build and the people I wanted to work with.

Today

A boutique agency, intentionally

Today, J & Mae works with small businesses across New Hampshire and nationwide on strategy, brand, content, paid media, and everything that connects them.

We've grown, but the idea behind the agency hasn't changed: stay close to our clients, understand their businesses, and do thoughtful work that moves them forward.

The principles behind how we work.

What we value

Partnership First

The best work comes from knowing your business, your goals, and your team. We build close client relationships so we're working with you, not simply completing tasks for you.

Transparency & Integrity

You'll know what we're working on, why we're doing it, and how it's performing. If something isn't working or we don't think an idea makes sense, we'll tell you.

Curiosity

We ask a lot of questions. About your customers, your industry, your competitors, what's worked before, and what hasn't. Understanding comes before recommendations.

Strategy Before Execution

We don't recommend a tactic simply because it's popular or available. The goal comes first. The strategy determines what we do next.

Measurable Progress

Marketing should give us something to learn from. We establish clear benchmarks, track performance, and use what we learn to continually improve the work.

Who we work with

Experience across industries.

Our clients work in different fields, but they often come to us for similar reasons: they want clearer positioning, more consistent marketing, and a partner who can bring all the pieces together.

Financial Services

Financial planning and wealth management firms looking to strengthen their brand, create thoughtful content, and build deeper connections with the people they serve.

Staffing & Recruiting

Staffing, technology recruiting, and executive search firms balancing marketing to employers, candidates, and their broader professional communities.

Technology

Technology companies that need to turn complex products, services, and ideas into clear, engaging marketing their audience can understand.

Retail & Consumer

Product-based businesses looking to build awareness, connect with customers, and create a brand people recognize and remember.

This isn't a complete list. If your industry isn't here, that usually isn't the deciding factor. What matters more is whether you want a partner who takes the time to understand how your business actually works.
